DEPOSIT ONLY (100-150lbs) 

Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This is Certified Black Angus, Missouri, Born, Raised and Processed. This is Dry Aged Beef that is free from antibiotics and everything else. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.
Here is a very accurate list of contents from a Quarter Beef:
1-arm Roast (3-4# each)
1- Rump Roast/pikes peak (3-4# each)
3-Chuck Roast (3-4# each)
6-7 Ribeye Steaks, Bone in (1" thick, 2 per package)
6-7 T-bone Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
4-5 Blade Tenderized Round Steaks
4-5 Sirloin Steaks (3/4", 1-2 per package)
40-45# Ground Meat (1# packages vacuum sealed)
3 Packages of Short Ribs
1 Package of Soup Bones
1 Half Brisket


Total Yield: About 100-120lbs of packaged Farm Raised, Dry Aged, Clean Beef 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space is needed for a Quarter Beef

Care Instructions

Inspect the Package:

  • Upon delivery, immediately inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering.
  • Ensure that the packaging is intact and the contents are still frozen.

Check the Temperature:

  • Your beef should arrive frozen. If the beef is partially thawed but still cold, it is safe to refreeze or refrigerate.
  • If the beef is warm to the touch, please contact us immediately.

Proper Storage:

  • Freezing: Store the beef in your freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Properly frozen beef can be stored for up to 12 months.
  • Refrigeration: If you plan to use the beef within a few days, store it in the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Use refrigerated beef within 3-5 days.

Handling and Thawing:

  • Thawing in the Refrigerator: Place the beef in a dish to catch any drips and thaw in the refrigerator. This method is the safest and ensures even thawing.
  • Quick Thawing: For faster thawing, place the beef in a sealed plastic bag and submerge it in cold water. Change the water every 30 minutes until thawed. Cook immediately after thawing.

Cooking and Enjoying:

  • Follow your favorite recipes and cooking methods to enjoy the rich, flavorful taste of our Angus beef.
  • Ensure the beef reaches a safe internal temperature: 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, 160°F (71°C) for medium, and 170°F (77°C) for well-done.
