Quarter Beef (100lbs) 

Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This is Certified Black Angus, Missouri, Born, Raised and Processed. This is Dry Aged Beef that is free from antibiotics and everything else. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.
Here is a very accurate list of contents from a Quarter Beef:
1-arm Roast (3-4# each)
1- Rump Roast/pikes peak (3-4# each)
3-Chuck Roast (3-4# each)

Ribeye Steaks, Bone in (1" thick, 2 per package)
T-bone Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
Blade Tenderized Round Steaks
Sirloin Steaks (3/4", 1-2 per package)
40# Ground Meat (1-2# packages)
